Returns Policy

Bespoke / Made-to-Measure Products

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, the following items are made to order and manufactured to customer specifications:

  • Venetian Blinds

  • Vertical Blinds

  • Blackout Blinds

  • Made-to-Measure Blinds

Once production has begun, orders for these products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery or installation

  • We may request photographic evidence

  • Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund

Cancellations Before Production

If you wish to cancel an order before production has started, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations may be accepted at our discretion if manufacturing has not yet begun.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
